Standard Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping Eligibility: Orders totaling $29 or more qualify for free standard shipping (shipped from China).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $29 require a $5.99 standard shipping fee.
All orders have an estimated delivery time of 7–15 days (from China to the destination).

Order Notification & Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can check your order status, track packages, or download order receipts at any time by logging into your "My Account" page.

Free Shipping Conditions

  • The entire order must be shipped to a single address.
  • This offer does not apply to past orders, canceled orders, or refunded orders.
  • Free shipping is only valid for standard shipping. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping options (if available).

Processing & Dispatch Notes

  • Orders will be dispatched from our China warehouse within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or Chinese public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • International shipments may experience slight delays due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak shipping seasons. Please monitor tracking updates for real-time status.

Returns & Shipping Liability

  • All shipping costs for returned items (including round-trip fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • TIPIFY is not liable for lost or damaged packages caused by carriers during transit. We recommend inspecting packages upon delivery; any claims for damage or loss should be directed to the shipping carrier promptly.
